Note: If you are applying for a specific dog or cat, please use the application link on that pet's listing so that the application goes directly to the pet's contact person.  If you are applying for multiple pets or have not decided on a pet yet, please use the links below, but also email the contact person for the pet(s) you are interested in, so they can look out for your application.

HART is always in need of foster homes for our animals.  Please read about our foster program.

When you submit an application, you will receive an automated email copy.  Please print this email copy and bring it with you to Adoption Day!

On-line applications will be held for 30 days and then deleted.
