Every effort is made to bring our dogs to the listed event each week, but due to volunteer or foster commitments Cody may not be at every event. To find out if Cody will be at this event, contact Meg.
Cody is a beautiful 4 year old retriever/beagle mix. He was rescued 3 1/2 years ago as a stray in southern Virginia. He is smart and very well trained. Cody was a star in his beginner and intermediate training classes. Cody's neutered and current on all his vaccinations and heartworm prevention. He loves his people, children, car rides, playing with everyone and his exercise. He has a lot of energy and loves walks or runs. His ideal situation is a home with lots of outdoor space to play. He has been a little iffy around other dogs, but has made some progress with them in close proximity as we've gotten to know him though. He is just a lonely boy looking for love - his previous family no longer had the time or energy to continue his training and surrendered him to us a little bit ago. He just needs another chance. Are you willing to give that to him? He really is a nice boy.
