Please check your email program and Internet Service Provider’s
spam blocker (i.e. junk email) rules for any settings that might
prevent the delivery of response emails!
HART staff use their own email accounts to respond to
emails, so if your options are set to "Safe Lists Only",
their reply will probably be blocked. Instead, please send
an email to the
HART
Office, and add
hart90@erols.com to your Safe Senders List, or contact the
office by phone (703-691-HART).
The Subject Line of most of our emails will be similar
to: “HART Web - Fido”, "HART Dog Application for Fido"
or "HART Cat Application for Felix from John Smith".
Please review any rules you have set up which block email based on
the subject line.
