HART Owner Assistance Program

HART will attempt to place your pet.  HART will interview potential adopters and perform a vet check (if appropriate) and home check.  Pets will be placed in their new home with a signed contract.  HART cannot guarantee that your pet will be placed.  The pet will not be released to a new home until the above procedures are completed.

I release the pet's information to HART for the sole purpose of re-homing.  I agree to abide by the HOAP procedures and certify that the supplied information is correct.
